Safety first: Unplug the cooker before pressing or cleaning control buttons if you suspect a stuck keypad.

• Confirm mode: Check the user manual for your specific Crock-Pot multicooker. L0/LO may indicate Keep Warm mode. Select a proper cooking program (e.g., Pressure Cook, Slow Cook) and set time and temperature.
• Cycle power: Unplug the unit for 5–10 minutes to reset the control board. Plug back in and reselect the desired program.
