Possible Causes

Lid not sealed properly, Steam leaking around gasket, Defective heater element, Faulty temperature sensor reading low

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Use caution when checking for steam leaks; escaping steam can burn.

  • Check gasket seating: Remove the silicone gasket from the lid, clean it and the gasket groove, and reinstall it evenly all around. Replace if stretched, cracked, or hardened.
  • Inspect for steam leaks: During a test run with water, look for steam escaping around the lid or valve. If you see continuous leakage, the gasket or valve may need replacement.
  • Verify heater operation: In Sauté mode, the inner pot should heat quickly. If it remains cool, the heater or control board may be faulty.
  • Test with water only: Run a short pressure cycle with 2–3 cups of water. If L0 persists and pressure never builds, seek service for heater or sensor diagnosis.
