Steam and water drip heavily from the sides of the lid during cooking.

Safety first: Avoid touching the lid while hot. Turn off and unplug the cooker before reseating the lid.

• Open and reseat lid: Once safe, open the lid and inspect the gasket. Ensure it is fully seated in the groove with no twists.
• Clean lid rim: Wipe the metal lid rim and the top of the inner pot to remove any food or oil that could prevent sealing.
• Check lid orientation: Make sure the lid is installed in the correct orientation and rotated fully to the locked position.
• Replace gasket if needed: If the gasket appears stretched or loose, replace it with a genuine Cuisinart gasket.
