Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker. Do not attempt live-voltage testing unless you are qualified.
- Power reset: Leave the unit unplugged for at least 10 minutes to allow capacitors to discharge. Plug back in and check if E07 clears.
- Inspect power cord and plug: Check for burn marks, loose prongs, or damage. Replace the cord if any defects are found.
- Visual PCB inspection: Remove the bottom cover to access the main PCB. Look for obvious burn marks, bulging capacitors, or cracked solder joints around the power input area.
- Check connectors: Re-seat all multi-pin connectors from the display board, sensors, and heater to the main PCB.
If E07 persists and there is evidence of board damage, the main control PCB should be replaced. Component-level repair is only recommended for experienced electronics technicians.
