Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before opening. If you are not comfortable working with mains circuits, seek professional service.
- Verify outlet: Test the wall socket with another device. Avoid using multi-plug adapters or extension cords during testing.
- Inspect power cord: Check for cuts, burns, or loose plug blades. Replace the cord if any damage is found.
- Check internal fuse: Remove the bottom cover and locate the small glass or ceramic fuse on the main PCB near the AC input. If visibly blown (broken filament or blackened), replace with the same rating only.
- Test power button: Press the power or Start/Cancel button repeatedly; if it feels stuck or does not click, the tact switch may be faulty and require replacement on the control PCB.
If the fuse blows again immediately or there is no response after a good fuse and cord, the main PCB is likely defective and should be replaced rather than repaired by non-specialists.
