Rattling or metallic noise when moving or during operation

Safety first: Unplug and allow the cooker to cool.

• Shake test: Gently tilt and shake the cooker (without the inner pot) to localize the noise.
• Inspect lid: Check the lid hinge, springs, and inner lid plate for loose screws or parts.
• Open base: Remove the bottom cover and look for any loose screws or broken pieces. Remove foreign objects and re-secure any components that have come loose.
• Check steam collector: Ensure the rear condensation cup is properly clipped in and not rattling.

Remove all loose objects before using the cooker again to prevent electrical shorts or mechanical damage.
