- Check ventilation: Ensure the cooker is placed on a hard, flat surface with at least 10 cm clearance around it. Clear any obstructions from side and bottom vents.
- Inspect inner pot seating: Remove and reseat the inner pot, ensuring it sits flat on the heater plate and rotates freely if the model uses a stirrer.
- Clean underside and vents: Use a soft brush or vacuum to remove dust and debris from external vents. Do not spray liquids into the vents.
