How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the multicooker before touching the control panel area.
- Dry the panel: If the panel was recently cleaned or exposed to steam, leave the unit unplugged in a dry, warm room for 24 hours to allow moisture to evaporate.
- Do not spray cleaners directly: Always apply cleaner to a cloth first, then wipe the panel to avoid liquid entering the electronics.
- Check for physical damage: Look for cracks in the display window or lifted edges of the keypad overlay that could allow moisture in.
- Power reset: After drying, plug in and test. If E7 persists or some buttons do not respond, the keypad or control board likely needs replacement.
