Inner lid (removable plate) becomes loose or falls off during use.

Safety first: Allow the cooker to cool before reinstalling the inner lid.

• Check orientation: Ensure the inner lid is installed in the correct direction and fully engaged in its slots or clips.
• Inspect clips: Look for cracked or missing plastic tabs. If broken, the inner lid may not stay in place and should be replaced.
• Avoid forcing: Do not bend the inner lid to fit; this can damage the seal and affect pressure performance.

If the retainer mechanism is damaged on the main lid, the entire lid assembly may need replacement.
