• Remove and refit gasket: Take out the gasket, inspect for damage, then reinstall it evenly in the lid groove, ensuring it is not twisted.
• Clean sealing surfaces: Thoroughly wipe the lid rim, gasket, and pot edge to remove grease and food particles.
• Check pot rim: Inspect the inner pot rim for dents or warping. A damaged pot may prevent proper sealing and should be replaced with a genuine De'Longhi pot.
• Replace gasket if needed: If the gasket is stiff, cracked, or permanently deformed, install a new De'Longhi-compatible silicone gasket.
