How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker and allow it to cool before internal inspection.
- Inspect sensor mounting: Access the bottom of the heating plate and verify that the NTC sensor is firmly clipped or screwed in place with good contact.
- Clean contact area: If accessible, gently clean the contact area between sensor and plate to remove oxidation.
- Power reset: After reassembly, unplug for 10 minutes, then test a low-temperature program with water.
