Possible Causes
Blocked condensation collector, Missing or misaligned condensation cup, Excess steam due to high moisture cooking, Damaged lid gasket causing side leaks
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Avoid contact with hot dripping water or steam.
- Check condensation collector: Locate the condensation cup or channel on the side or back of the cooker. Remove and clean it thoroughly.
- Ensure proper installation: Refit the collector securely so that water from the lid drains into it.
- Inspect lid gasket: Check the sealing ring for damage that could cause steam to escape sideways instead of through the valve.
- Use lid position correctly: After cooking, open the lid carefully and tilt it so condensation drips back into the pot.
