How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Avoid contact with hot dripping water or steam.

Check condensation collector: Locate the condensation cup or channel on the side or back of the cooker. Remove and clean it thoroughly.
Ensure proper installation: Refit the collector securely so that water from the lid drains into it.
Inspect lid gasket: Check the sealing ring for damage that could cause steam to escape sideways instead of through the valve.
Use lid position correctly: After cooking, open the lid carefully and tilt it so condensation drips back into the pot.
