How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before opening the control panel.
- Dry the panel: If the panel was exposed to steam or spills, unplug and let it dry for 24 hours in a warm, dry place.
- Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the front panel and check the keypad ribbon cable connection to the PCB. Reseat it firmly.
- Check for damage: Look for cracks or delamination on the keypad membrane. Replace the keypad/control panel assembly if damaged.
- PCB replacement: If the keypad is good but still unresponsive, replace the main control board.
