Possible Causes
Cooker still too hot from previous cycle, Faulty temperature sensor reading too high, Blocked ventilation preventing cooling
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not attempt to cool the cooker rapidly with water or ice; this can damage components.
- Allow cooling time: Open the lid and remove the inner pot. Let the unit cool for 20–30 minutes, then try again.
- Improve ventilation: Ensure the cooker is not placed in a confined cabinet or against a wall. Clear any obstructions from vents.
- Check sensor readings: If H1 appears even when the cooker is cold, test the bottom and lid NTC sensors as described in E1/E2. Replace any sensor that reads abnormally low resistance (indicating high temperature).
- Inspect PCB: If sensors are good, the control board may be misreading temperature. Replace the PCB if the error persists on a cold unit.
