Possible Causes
Thermal fuse partially failing under load, Poor contact between pot and heating plate causing hot spots, Control board driving heater incorrectly
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug and let the cooker cool fully.
- Check pot contact: Ensure the inner pot bottom is flat and not warped. A deformed pot can cause uneven heating and trigger protection.
- Clean contact surfaces: Remove any residue from the pot bottom and heating plate.
- Inspect thermal fuse: Access the bottom and locate the thermal fuse. If it shows signs of heat damage or intermittent continuity, replace it with the same temperature and current rating.
- Check heater control: If H2 recurs after replacing the thermal fuse, the PCB may be overdriving the heater. Replace the main control board.
