How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure the cooker is unplugged and cool.
- Inspect pot: Place the inner pot on a flat surface and check for rocking or gaps. Replace the pot if the bottom is not flat.
- Check for debris: Look inside the cooker for rice grains, screws, or other objects on the heating plate. Remove any foreign objects carefully.
- Inspect heating plate: If the plate appears visibly bent, remove the bottom cover and check the support brackets. Gently straighten minor bends, but replace the plate assembly if severely deformed.
