Possible Causes
Uneven countertop surface, Missing or damaged rubber feet, Loose internal components, Fan imbalance (on models with cooling fan)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure the cooker cannot fall from the counter. Do not place it near edges.
- Level the surface: Place the cooker on a flat, stable surface. Avoid soft or uneven surfaces.
- Check rubber feet: Inspect the bottom feet; replace any missing or damaged feet to restore stability.
- Inspect internal mounts: Remove the bottom cover and check that the heating plate, fan (if present), and PCB are firmly mounted. Tighten any loose screws.
- Fan check: If the model has a cooling fan, spin it by hand to check for wobble or rubbing. Replace the fan if the blades are damaged or unbalanced.
