How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the cooker is cool and depressurized before removing the lid.
- Check sealing ring presence: Remove the lid and verify that the large silicone sealing ring is installed around the inner lid.
- Re-seat ring: Remove the ring, clean it with warm soapy water, dry thoroughly, and reinstall it firmly into the lid groove all the way around.
- Inspect for damage: Look for cracks, tears, or permanent deformation. Replace the ring if any damage is found.
- Use correct part: Only use a Gourmia-approved sealing ring of the correct diameter for your model.
