How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before working on the control panel.
- Clean surface: Wipe the control panel with a slightly damp cloth to remove grease. Do not allow liquid to seep into the panel.
- Reseat ribbon cable: Open the housing and reseat the keypad ribbon cable on the control board.
- Inspect for damage: Look for cracks on the small PCB behind the buttons.
- Replace keypad: If buttons remain unreliable, replace the control panel keypad assembly.
