Possible Causes

Stuck button, Shorted touch sensor, Damaged keypad ribbon cable, Liquid ingress behind control panel

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the cooker before working on the control panel.

  • Clean the panel: Wipe the control surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the panel.
  • Check for stuck keys: Gently press each button to ensure it moves freely and returns.
  • Dry out moisture: If the panel was exposed to steam or spills, leave the unit unplugged in a dry place for 24–48 hours.
  • Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the front cover and check the keypad ribbon cable connection to the PCB. Reseat it carefully.
  • Replace keypad: If F1 persists and a specific key appears always active, replace the keypad or touch panel assembly with a Hisense-compatible part.
