Safety first: Unplug the cooker before working on the control panel.
- Clean the panel: Wipe the control surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the panel.
- Check for stuck keys: Gently press each button to ensure it moves freely and returns.
- Dry out moisture: If the panel was exposed to steam or spills, leave the unit unplugged in a dry place for 24–48 hours.
- Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the front cover and check the keypad ribbon cable connection to the PCB. Reseat it carefully.
- Replace keypad: If F1 persists and a specific key appears always active, replace the keypad or touch panel assembly with a Hisense-compatible part.
