How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the cooker and allow it to cool before cleaning.

  • Check fill level: Ensure food and liquid do not exceed the maximum fill lines inside the Hisense inner pot.
  • Empty condensation collector: Locate and remove the condensation cup or channel on the side/back of the cooker. Clean and reinstall it properly.
  • Inspect inner pot: Check for cracks or pinholes, especially at the base weld. Replace the pot if any damage is found.
  • Inspect housing: If water appears under the unit, remove the bottom cover and look for cracks in the inner plastic housing. Replace the housing if compromised.
