Possible Causes
Steam leak at sealing ring, Steam release valve not set to Sealing, Too little liquid in inner pot, Float valve stuck down or leaking
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Cancel the program and allow any pressure to release before opening.
- 1. Verify steam release position: Ensure the steam release handle or switch is set to Sealing.
- 2. Check liquid level: Confirm there is at least the minimum required liquid in the inner pot.
- 3. Inspect sealing ring and lid rim: Clean and reseat the silicone sealing ring. Wipe the pot rim and lid contact surfaces.
- 4. Free the float valve: Push the float valve up and down from inside the lid to ensure it moves freely. Clean any residue and confirm the silicone cap is intact.
- 5. Run a water test: If 'noPr' persists with water only, replace the sealing ring and test again. Continued failure suggests a lid or pressure sensor issue requiring service.
