How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Keep hands and face away from the steam release area.
- 1. Release residual pressure: Move the steam release valve to Venting and ensure all steam has escaped. Wait until the float valve drops fully.
- 2. Power cycle: Unplug the unit for 5 minutes, then plug back in and check if 'PrSE' clears.
- 3. Clean lid components: Remove and clean the steam release valve, float valve, and anti-block shield to ensure accurate pressure sensing.
- 4. Water test: After cleaning, run a short water-only cycle. If 'PrSE' persists with no actual pressure, the pressure sensor or its circuit is likely faulty and needs professional replacement.
