Possible Causes
Condensation collector missing or not installed, Crack in inner pot, Spillover from overfilling, Lid not directing condensate into collector
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the cooker before cleaning up any liquid near electrical parts.
- 1. Check condensation collector: Ensure the plastic condensation collector cup is installed correctly on the back of the cooker and not overflowing. Empty and reinstall.
- 2. Inspect inner pot: Remove and fill the pot with water over a sink to check for leaks or cracks.
- 3. Avoid overfilling: Do not fill above the MAX line, especially with foods that foam.
- 4. Wipe and monitor: Dry the exterior and run a short water test. If water reappears under the unit, internal seals or the base may be compromised and require service.
