Safety first: Unplug the cooker before handling. Do not open the base if you are not qualified.

Identify noise type: Occasional soft clicks can be normal as relays switch. Loud, rapid clicking or buzzing is not normal.
Check placement: Ensure the cooker is on a stable, level surface. Vibrations can amplify normal sounds.
Inspect exterior: Check that the base cover screws are tight and that no external panels are loose.
Internal inspection (advanced): If you are qualified and the unit is out of warranty, remove the bottom cover and inspect for loose components, especially around the heating element mounts and cooling fan (if present).
Replace failing parts: A loud buzzing relay or transformer indicates a failing main control board. Replace the board if noise is accompanied by malfunction.
