Possible Causes
Cracked inner pot, Liquid overflow into base through rim, Damaged or missing condensation collector, Internal gasket failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker immediately. Do not operate with liquid inside the base.
- Remove inner pot: Carefully lift out the inner pot and check for cracks or pinholes, especially at the bottom weld.
- Dry the base: Gently tilt the cooker and allow any trapped water to drain. Do not invert fully if water may contact electronics. Use a towel to absorb visible moisture.
- Inspect condensation collector and rear area: Ensure the collector is installed and not leaking.
- Allow to dry: Let the cooker air-dry for at least 24–48 hours in a warm, dry place before attempting to power it again.
- Replace damaged parts: Replace a cracked inner pot or condensation collector. If leakage came from inside the base, have a technician inspect internal seals and wiring.
