Possible Causes
Out-of-range NTC sensor, Corrupted calibration data in control board, Damaged sensor wiring
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before any internal inspection.
- Power reset: Unplug for 10–15 minutes, then plug back in to see if the error clears.
- Check for extreme temperatures: Ensure the cooker is at room temperature and not stored in a very hot or cold environment.
- Inspect sensor wiring (advanced): Access the bottom of the unit and verify the NTC sensor harness is intact and firmly connected to the main PCB.
If C1 persists, the temperature sensor or main control board calibration is faulty and the affected component should be replaced.
