How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before cleaning or opening the panel.
- Clean surface: Wipe the control panel with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the panel.
- Dry out: If liquid was spilled, leave the cooker unplugged with the panel exposed to air for 24 hours to dry.
- Connector check: Open the control panel area and reseat the keypad or touch panel connector on the PCB.
- Test keys: After reassembly, test each key individually.
If specific keys remain dead, the keypad membrane or touch panel assembly should be replaced.
