Possible Causes
Loose NTC sensor connector, Loose heater plate connector, Cracked solder joint on control PCB, Damaged wiring harness at strain relief
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before opening any covers.
- Check external movement: Ensure the cooker is on a stable, level surface and not being moved during cooking.
- Inspect base wiring: Remove the bottom cover. Gently tug each connector to the heater plate and NTC sensor. Tighten any loose spade terminals or plugs.
- Strain relief check: Inspect where the mains cord and internal harness enter the chassis. Look for pinched or broken insulation.
- Re-seat PCB connectors: Carefully unplug and re-plug the multi-pin connectors on the control board one at a time.
If E7 persists after securing all connections, the control board may have cracked solder joints and may need repair or replacement.
