How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not touch hot metal surfaces. Keep children away during operation.
- Ventilation: Ensure at least 10 cm clearance around the cooker and do not place it under low cabinets while venting steam.
- Internal shield check (advanced): Remove the outer shell (if serviceable) and verify that reflective shields and insulation are correctly positioned around the inner pot area.
- Clean vents: Remove dust and grease from side and bottom vents.
If the outer shell remains dangerously hot, discontinue use and have the unit inspected for insulation or heater faults.
