Possible Causes
Condensation collector not installed or full, Lid condensation channel blocked, Excess steam venting due to high moisture foods
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before removing any rear components.
- Check condensation collector: Ensure the rear condensation cup (if equipped) is installed correctly and not overflowing. Empty and reinstall.
- Clean condensation channel: Wipe the underside of the lid and the rear channel where condensation drains into the collector.
- Use proper lid position: After cooking, tilt the lid so condensation drips back into the pot rather than onto the counter.
- Monitor for true leaks: If water appears to come from the base or electrical areas, stop using the cooker and have it inspected.
