How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker and let it cool before moving or opening it.
- Improve ventilation: Ensure at least 10–15 cm of clearance around all sides of the Lagostina multicooker. Do not operate it under low cabinets without adequate space.
- Relocate from heat sources: Move the cooker away from stovetops, ovens, or direct sunlight that can raise internal temperatures.
- Clean vents: Check any side or bottom vents for dust buildup and clean with a soft brush or vacuum.
- Check internal sensor (advanced): With the housing open (unplugged), locate the small ambient sensor (often a small NTC or thermistor near the board). Ensure it is not touching hot components and its wires are intact.
If E15 continues under good ventilation, the ambient sensor or control board likely needs replacement.
