How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before any disassembly.
- Full reset: Unplug the cooker for at least 10 minutes. Press and hold the main Start/Cancel button (if possible) for 10 seconds while plugging back in to discharge residual power and reset the logic.
- Clear keypad: Ensure no buttons are stuck or held down by spilled food or film. Clean the control panel with a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Try different modes: Attempt to start a low-power mode such as 'Keep Warm' or 'Yogurt' (if available). If all modes show 'Err', the fault is likely on the main PCB.
- When to replace: Persistent 'Err' indicates a failure of the main control PCB or keypad PCB. Replacement is required and should be carried out by a professional.
