Water or condensation drips from the side of the cooker onto the worktop during or after cooking.

Safety first: Keep the area around the cooker dry to avoid slipping or electrical hazards.

• Check condensation collector: Locate the plastic condensation cup on the side or back of the cooker. Ensure it is installed correctly and not cracked or missing.
• Empty collector: After each use, remove and empty the collector to prevent overflow.
• Clean channels: Wipe the condensation channel or groove around the lid area to ensure water can flow into the collector.
• Avoid overfilling: Do not fill the inner pot above the maximum fill line, especially for starchy foods that foam.
• When to replace: If the collector is damaged or does not fit securely, replace it with a genuine Lakeland condensation collector.
