Sensor check:

  • The keep-warm function typically uses the same bottom NTC sensor. If other temperature-related errors (E3/E4) also occur, the sensor or control board is suspect.

Resolution: Replace the bottom temperature sensor if it shows erratic readings. If the sensor is good, the control board's keep-warm circuit may be defective and require board replacement.
