Possible Causes

Pressure sensor offset drift, Blocked pressure port, Incorrect seating of inner lid or sealing ring, Control board miscalibration

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Ensure the cooker is cool and unplugged before cleaning or disassembly.

Cleaning and reset:

  • Clean pressure port: Remove the inner lid and anti-block shield. Use a thin brush or toothpick to gently clear any food residue from the pressure port leading to the sensor.
  • Inspect sealing ring: Remove the silicone sealing ring from the lid. Wash it with warm soapy water, dry thoroughly, and reinstall it evenly in the groove. Replace if stretched, cracked, or deformed.
  • Check lid assembly: Ensure the float valve and steam release valve move freely and are not stuck with dried food.
  • Factory reset (if available): Some MasterPro models allow a control reset via a button combination (refer to the user manual). Perform this reset to clear calibration errors.

If E6 persists: The pressure sensor may be out of calibration or the control board may be faulty. Replacement of the pressure sensor assembly is the first step; if that fails, the main control PCB should be evaluated by a technician.
