How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug and cool the cooker before inspection.
Simple checks:
- Remove the inner pot and inspect the heating plate for debris or foreign objects; clean thoroughly.
- Check that the inner pot is not warped and sits flat.
Internal checks:
- Remove the bottom cover and inspect the mounting screws for the heating plate and inner chassis. Tighten any loose screws.
- Look for signs of arcing or burning near the heater terminals; repair or replace damaged connectors.
Note: Some mild clicking from metal expansion is normal, but loud or new noises after a drop or impact should be investigated.
