Possible Causes
Full or mis-seated condensation collector, Cracked condensation collector, Steam condensing on lid and running down exterior
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Avoid contact with hot water or steam. Allow the cooker to cool before removing parts.
Checks:
- Locate the condensation collector on the side or back of the MasterPro multicooker. Remove, empty, and clean it.
- Ensure the collector is reinstalled correctly and fully seated in its slot.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces dry after cooking; some condensation on the lid and sides is normal.
Resolution: If the collector is cracked or does not stay in place, replace it. Persistent leaks from seams may indicate a damaged outer shell and should be inspected by a technician.
