Clicking sound from inside the cooker during heating cycles.

Safety first: Unplug the cooker before opening the housing.

• Determine if normal: Occasional soft clicks as the heater cycles on and off are normal. Loud or metallic rattles are not.
• Inspect internals: Remove the bottom cover and check for loose screws, brackets, or panels that may vibrate.
• Tighten hardware: Tighten any loose screws on the heating plate, control board mounts, and chassis.
• Test again: Reassemble and test. If the clicking is regular and coincides with heating, it is likely the relay and is normal.

Warning: If you smell burning or see smoke along with clicking, unplug immediately and inspect for electrical faults.
