How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the cooker before disassembly.

Dry the panel: If the panel was recently wiped with a wet cloth, allow it to dry for several hours and try again.
Access control panel: Remove the front housing screws to expose the back of the control panel.
Reseat ribbon cable: Gently unplug and replug the ribbon cable between the panel and main board.
Inspect for damage: Look for cracks in the panel board or corrosion on connectors. If present, replace the control panel assembly.
Test operation: Reassemble and test button response. If still unresponsive, the panel or main board must be replaced.

Warning: Do not spray cleaners directly onto the control panel; apply to a cloth first.

Display lights up but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.
