• Inspect sealing ring: Remove the silicone ring from the lid. Clean it and the ring groove thoroughly. Reinstall it evenly, ensuring it is not twisted. Replace if stretched, cracked, or loose.
• Clean float valve: Disassemble the float valve and clean all parts. Ensure the silicone cap is intact and properly seated.
• Check lid for warping: Place the lid on a flat surface and check for rocking. If significantly warped, replace the lid assembly.
• Test with water: Run a short water-only pressure test to confirm proper sealing.
