Safety first: Unplug the cooker before internal inspection.

Verify program: Ensure you are using the correct pressure level and time for the recipe.
Check for burn risk: Inspect the bottom of the pot for thick or sticky foods that might trigger burn protection. Adjust recipe with more liquid.
Inspect bottom sensor: From the underside, ensure the bottom temperature sensor is firmly attached to the heating plate or center post and has good thermal contact.
Test with water: Run a water-only pressure test. If the unit still ends early, the sensor or control board may be misreading and require replacement.

Warning: Do not ignore repeated premature terminations; they can indicate failing safety sensors.
