Possible Causes

Safety first: Unplug the cooker.

Dry and clean: If the panel was recently cleaned with liquid, allow it to dry for several hours. Wipe with a dry cloth.
Test all keys: Plug in and quickly test each button. Note which ones fail; patterns can indicate a ribbon cable issue.
Reseat ribbon cable (advanced): Remove the front panel and gently unplug/replug the keypad ribbon cable on both ends.
