How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before deep cleaning.
- Disassemble lid components: Remove the sealing ring, inner lid, anti-block shield, steam valve, and float valve where possible.
- Soak and clean: Wash all removable parts in hot, soapy water. For stubborn odors, soak the sealing ring in a solution of water and white vinegar (1:1) for 30 minutes.
- Clean body rim and condensation collector: Wipe thoroughly and empty the collector regularly.
- Deodorize cycle: Run a short steam cycle with water and a few tablespoons of vinegar, then rinse with plain water.
