Condensation or water drips down the side or back of the multicooker during use.

Steps:

• Check condensation collector: Ensure the rear condensation cup or tray is properly fitted. Empty and clean it regularly.
• Clean channels: Wipe the lid edge and rear channel where water is guided to the collector.
• Lid alignment: Verify the lid closes evenly and is not twisted.

Some dripping is normal with high-steam recipes, but heavy leakage suggests a blocked or missing collector.
