How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect from mains for at least 10 minutes.
Steps:
- Hard reset: Unplug, wait, then plug back in and attempt to select a basic program.
- Try another outlet: Use a different wall socket to rule out supply issues. Avoid extension cords.
- Surge protection: If the error appeared after a power cut or surge, consider using a surge protector in the future.
If P1 persists, the control board firmware or memory is likely damaged. This requires PCB replacement or reprogramming by an authorized Moulinex service center.
