How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Steps:

Check inner pot contact: Ensure the pot sits flat and rotates freely. Replace if the bottom is warped.
Clean heating plate: Remove any burnt residue or foreign objects from the heating plate that could cause hot spots.
Avoid overfilling: Overfilled pots can cause boiling over and trigger thermal protection. Keep below MAX line.
