Possible Causes
Aging LED backlight, Loose display connector, Cracked display PCB, Power supply to display unstable
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before removing the control panel.
- Check viewing angle: Some LCDs appear dim at extreme angles; verify from straight on.
- Inspect display connector: Remove the front panel and ensure the connector between the display board and main PCB is firmly seated.
- Look for cracks: Examine the display PCB for hairline cracks, especially near mounting points. A cracked board usually requires replacement.
- Test under stable power: Plug directly into a wall outlet to rule out low voltage from extension cords.
Note: If the cooker otherwise functions normally, you may continue using it, but replacing the display board will restore readability.
