Possible Causes

Loose mains cord connection, Damaged power inlet socket, Internal power supply instability on main PCB, Household voltage fluctuations

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect the cooker from mains before inspecting the power inlet.

  • Check mains outlet: Plug another appliance into the same outlet to verify stable power. Avoid using loose multi-plugs or extension cords.
  • Inspect power cord: Examine the OBH Nordica power cord for cuts, kinks, or burn marks. Replace if damaged.
  • Check power inlet socket: Wiggle the cord gently where it plugs into the cooker. If it feels loose or the unit powers off when moved, the inlet socket may be worn or cracked and should be replaced.
  • Internal inspection: Remove the bottom cover and inspect the power input area on the PCB for loose screws on the terminal block or signs of overheating.
  • Test again: After tightening and securing all connections, run a full cooking cycle. If E11 still appears, the internal power supply circuit on the main PCB may be failing.

Warning: Never operate the cooker with a damaged cord or plug; this is a fire and shock hazard.
