Possible Causes
Severe firmware crash, Shorted component on logic side of PCB, Overheating of control board, Liquid ingress into electronics compartment
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker immediately and do not attempt to continue using it until inspected.
- Check for liquid spills: Inspect around the top and sides of the cooker for signs of liquid that may have run down into the electronics. If present, leave the unit unplugged and dry for at least 48 hours in a warm, ventilated area.
- Inspect control board: Remove the outer housing as needed to access the main PCB. Look for corrosion, sticky residue, or burn marks. Clean light residue with isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush, then let dry completely.
- Power reset: After thorough drying, reconnect and test. If E15 reappears immediately, the control board is likely damaged beyond simple repair.
- Replace PCB: For persistent E15, replacing the main control PCB is the recommended solution.
Warning: Continued use with a critical internal fault can pose a fire or shock risk. Discontinue use until properly repaired.
